Each account has a file retention limit based on your subscription plan. As your sent file size crosses the limit, the oldest files are automatically and permanently deleted.
Pigeon is designed to focus on sending encrypted files, not storing them. You won't find any data storage options on our pricing page.
Each account has a file retention limit based on your subscription plan. This limit applies to files you send through Pigeon. As the total size of your sent files crosses your plan limit, your oldest sent files are automatically and permanently deleted to keep your account within your plan limit.
This deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Be sure to save any files you want to keep outside of Pigeon. You can view your personal sent files statistics in Settings > Account.
For details on what happens when files are deleted, see What happens when I delete messages or files?.
